Personally, if I were in the sun all day and was hot, I would be going into anywhere that was cold to cool down. Cooling down from the outside in takes time so I do not think your body would go into any kind of shock. I am not a professional in the medical field so do not take my word for this though. I checked the internet and could not find an answer. Try calling the emergency room at your hospital and see if they have any advice.
