        My mother in law had it, got injured at home, never tried to push the button affixed to necklace on her neck.  May have been good for others, but she has dementia.

          My grandfather had it. He was a leg amputee. He fell out of bed one night and could not get up. He used his life line alert necklace to summon help. It worked well for them.
