The new Independence 21 Limited Edition is limited to 200 pieces and features link a midnight blue dial decorated with what Norqain calls a "scratched pattern," applied by hand so that link no two dials are exactly the same. The new midnight blue variation follows a scratched forest green dial presented by the company one year ago, which link also happened to be Norqain's first watch to use a Kenissi movement.
