precise is to do or copy something exactly the same.  If I gave you a written letter and asked you to type it I would want it precisely as i have written it, with no changes made at all.

I will meet you under the clock at precisely 7.pm not five to or five past precisely 7!!

I checked your profile out and there is only one question stated there.  Try a little harder............

To be precise is to be exact; to write in a precise manner would require  great care and the ability to write exactly as you have been taught. I'm coming at the answer from a visual point of view.  
If you want to write some information precisely, you do a rough draft, and start editing...checking spelling and punctuation, as well as grammar.  You delete and rewrite until what you have is precise (exact), with no extra "stuff" in your essay.
