    How long do fish eggs take to hatch in a pond

    My pond fish have laid thousands of eggs among the weed in my pond within the last few days and I would like to know how long it takes for them to hatch and how best to protect the young fish

        Goldfish eggs will typically hatch within 48 to 72 hours. It takes the fry about a week to assume it's final shape.
