In Isaiah 65: 17-25 why is Heavens in the plural? is there more than one? Is this prophecy based on Jewish or Christian belief?

Paul believed there was more than one heaven. He claimed to have visited 4 I believe. You can read Corinthians to find out more of what he said concerning this.

    HEAVENS MEANS UNIVERSE

On any clear night the aggregation of distant stars openly suggests the existence of constellations and the potential for other inhabited worlds. Before electric lights every clear night sky afforded everyone this dazzling vision inspiring so many fables and reason to consider. Night, blanketed by stars inspires our many nights to dream.
