It could be a number of reasons:
1. A scheduled task is set to shut down (To check go Control Panel -> Administrative Tools -> Schedule Task)
2. Your PC is possibly overheating
3. You may have a virus (Use an updated reputable virus scanning tool (AVG is free) to check this)
4. Hardware or software incompatibilities could be causing a critical error forcing a restart.
5. Your Power settings in control panel are set incorrectly.
