    missing consignment

    re consignment 39M4579104 containing 2 parcels sub numbers being 030222, 030216 and 030217. we received advice that all three parcels were on consignment and have since receive 030222 and  030216 these are showing as delivered which is correct however 030217 has not been deleivered can anyone advise please.
