How many units of natural gas or 28 second oil does it take to produce a KWhr as for electricity

Electricity is charged as so much for a KWhr.  How do I compare oil and or natural gas charged units to this?

I want to fit a dual system so I need to understand how to calculate litres of 28 second oil or natural gas used to produce a KWhr.

Thank you so much: got my answer from your lead under "US Energy Information Administration" which gave me "Energy Units and Calculators Explained"
