    comcast customer (xfinity) Internet explorer cannot attach documents to outgoing emails; just all of a sudden

    Contact Comcast and let them know you are having trouble attaching docs to your e-mail. Internet explorer has nothing to do with attaching docs to e-mails. It's the e-mail app. Do you have your e-mail through Xfinity? Make sure the docs are not too big to send before you call. You may have to compress or Zip the docs before you try to attach them.
