    my 2000 yamaha v star won't start

    It makes clicking sound under seat but sometimes when its hot won't start. is it the starter relay??

        that is what I thought as well. I should have stated that I bought a brand new battery.

        Then it's the relay. That is the only thing that clicks due to a bad battery or the relay itself being bad.
