Though plane is a complex subject to define.
But I'll try to explain it you so that you can understand easily.
You must have seen white board, exercise book, book, etc. So, we can call it as the plane of white
board, plane of exercise book, plane of book respectively.
You must have seen the simple figures like triangle, rectangle, circle,etc.
They all are plane figures.
Hope you understand it to some extent.
