She probably has a clue already.  Man up.  No excuses.  And don't get defensive and try to put the blame for your actions on her.  Good luck.

How bad is it ?   Whatever you've done it is going to eat at you until you come clean. It is up to you if you want to carry the guilt. Can you live with it ?

My advice is do not say or do anything until you really think this through. Is she likely to find out from another source? If so, you must be the one to tell her and not find out through grapevine!!  Try to think about what to say in your head before approaching the issue and if a row starts walk away........ let the situation calm down  and try again  good luck
