      You have to save the picture to your pictures folder on your computer (save the picture with a name you will remember), then find it in the folder, right click on it and open. It will open in your picture viewer. The picture view will have a print button on it (should be along the top some where).

        I tried everything I knew to do and I just could not get anything to work . We got the computer and the printer last Sept/2012 - never have a computer or printer before - we stil are illiterate to the computer. thanks, lynda
