      You need to contact whomever you need to send this letter to, to find out if an electronic signature is acceptable with them and then find out what type of electronic signature they accept.

        Or you can go to the library and uses the public printer/scanner or go to your local print service.  Just save the file to a thumb drive and take it along.


         


        print/sign/scan and save back to thumbdrive take home and email.
