    How do i make my stomach to go down?

    exercise everyday.. !  I need to do that too -----to get rid of my belly fat. Diets don't work for me b/c I'm not a big eater.

    Sorry to say but exercise is about the only way, a gym program would be really helpful if you can


     

    Unfortunately, no specific exercise will get rid of belly. You can stregthen your ab muscles with exercises for abs, but a 30 minute brisk walk every day will get the fat melting. At the gym, the treadmill, bike, row machine, stairs, elliptical, etc. will be better choices than free weights or machines that isolate muscle groups. Those are for strength and muscle building.  Weight Watchers is a good program to help get eating better. You can even join online.
