    What is equivalent to Black and Decker belt/disc sander?

    Looking for manual to find out why belt quit but motor keeps running.

      Sounds like the spindle that turns the belt went bad. Go here http://www.ereplacementparts.com/black-and-decker-sander-parts-c-4167_4300.html, find your sander, click on it and you will get an exploded image of the internal parts of the sander.
