Do a search of the word "environment". Choose the Wikipedia or a dictionary site to answer your question. Basically
, environment is that which surrounds. Classroom environment would inclde the teacher, aids, students, desks, bulletin boards, black/dry erase boards, learning toys/manipulatives, any centers, books. The cafeteria environment...food, trays, tables, ...you get the idea.

Does it include the public toilets that are nearly all closing down in the towns,causing one to close thier legs ,with a great watering of the eyes,??
Sure, why not. And you are right about that, not to mention pay phones being a thing of the past.
I think we in many ways have gone backwards ,rather then forwards Bob,the old pawn shops are in back as the trendy thing though,
