How do i change 2 vietname store 2 U.S store on my ipad?
i try 2 find something in "general", but i find nothing 2 change it. My ipad doesn't help me. And it doesn't show up in anything i look in. Usually my dad would fix it, but he can't. He doesn't know. Please help.

I'm not clear on your question but it appears this might be a problem with the Apple store and not your iPad. You may have to change the location of the Apple store.
