    My daughter bought an iPod and it does not work. How doe she get a replacement?

    My Step Daughter bought an iPod from Just Deals and it does not work.  I can't find a phone number for Just Deals or an email address for Just Deals.  How does she get a replacement iPod?

      Put the item back in the packaging as best you can.  Get the receipt.  Go to the store's return or customer service counter.  Present the item and receipt for exchange or return.
