Why do you want to change the serial number? Did you steal the laptop?

i did not steal the laptop. my friend set up my printer and put in serial number 2160 and in fact it should be 2165
Well if you had explained that fist, I would have understood better. If the printer installation is not complete, arrow back in the set up and put in the correct number. Otherwise you will have to uninstall the printer, then run the set up cd again and put in the correct numbers.
