    how can I test ignition on Harley xlh1200c

    It runs fine then suddenly stalls out. After a short time it will pop back through the carb then start and run again.

      That does not sound like an ignition issue. Check your fuel filter and your fuel. Make sure the gas is fresh and there's no water in it.
