We are a general question and answer forum. We are not Sims techs. My best guess, your computer is not the correct operating system for the game or your computer does not have enough RAM to play the game or you've downloaded too many apps and your computer has issues because you've downloaded too many apps or you do not know what you're doing and can not figure out how to play a game that should be paid for but you did not pay for and got the free fake version. Again, these are all just guesses because I can not see your computer, what you are doing or know where you got the game from.
