Do you mean how to unlock your phone? If your Google account has been locked, you need to contact support for that account. If you want to unlock your Samsung phone, you need to contact your service provider. I Forget My goole account & Password, Now How Possible It?
You are probably typing your password in wrong. Apps will not let you know which one is wrong so the alert of for both the user name and password. Start by clicking "forgot password" and answer the security questions you set up when you created the account.
