Recently you have changed the user interface. Export account data to comma delimited is gone. Support was unable to help today. Is it gone for ever? How can I download my data to Excel, etc.
Is there going to be an option to download account data to comma delimited, excel etc. ??? It was on the user interface in May, now it is gone. This is my preferred way to analyze data at year end. I need to get the data off before it is no longer available.
The HELP! screen suggest going to ACCOUNTS then History to obtain comma delimited export, but this did not follow on the screens.
