I have an old yard man hydromatic 12.5 hp automatic trans lawn tractor. (serial & model #'s illegable) there is some type of neutral safety switch on the transmission. It is attached to a pull lever, which slides when the clutch is pressed. What connects the pull rod to the little lever on the trans? (A spring? linkage of sorts?) Please help!

I was having trouble with the yardman staying in gear, then it lost power and died.  I lost this linkage piece apparently, and can't find anything about it anywhere.
