I've checked the internet and no one has posted instructions on how to do this. You may find instructions through AutoZone's repair library.
Go to autozone.com, fill out a free registration to use their help library http://www.autozone.com/autozone/myzone/profile/login.jsp then go to repair help http://www.autozone.com/autozone/repairinfo/repairInfoLanding.jsp
