      It still goes on in and around London,A lot of ex,council stock ,is brought ,and  use for rents that are well over and above what they should be charging

        It still goes on, so I suppose you can still use it.


        The practice of charging extortionate rents for inferior properties, especially to poor, disadvantaged or immigrant tenants.
