    what does it mean when your oxygen level is low

    i was at 2% on my oxygen machine .i took a level and now they want me to go up to 4%

      It means your lungs are not expanding as much as they should and they are not taking in enough oxygen. Do your breathing exercises if the doctor ordered them for you.
