Are you attempting to use the same password on your laptop as you use on the mobile phone? If I'm correct, the phone uses a different password because of the msn portal, which might mean you need a different password to access the e-mail through the computer. I do not use a cellphone to access the internet so this is merely a suggestion as to what the problem may be.
