    4. Help -- yes, I deleted tem files and removed some programs but none that had to do with the printer. The printer works, however, what I'm telling the computer to do is not registering in the printer. Everything is sitting in queue.

      Run the installation cd again that came with the printer. Whatever you deleted by mistake will be replaced.
