    How to fix transmission slippage

Is there a belt for car transmission?

No but there are bands within an automatic transmission that can break. There is also a linkage (like a chain) that keeps the gears in place. That linkage may have slipped. You should have your transmission checked to find out what is causing it to slip. It could be fluid related too. It shouldn't cost anything to find out what the problem is.
