Lots of differences, money for one. There is a language not shared between the two. Macs get fewer viruses. I've used both and I prefer my Mac. I've heard horror stories about Microsoft 10.....

Last year was an exceptionally difficult one for hitting production quotas. Things have gotten slightly better since link then so I expect current-production Rolex and Patek Philippe models to correct back to link their current link market value, which – of course – is already above retail pricing.
