    If the lawyer and the witness to my will are both deceased does that make my will null and void

    No but I would go to a notary republic with new witnesses and have the will notarized that it has been reaffirmed that this is your current and official will. You will need live witnesses to testify that you were not coerced into signing the will in case this will is contested. 

    Not if it is your last will and testament.  That goes  to the court.
