I have a 2004 Chrysler Sebring convertable, rag-top. Is it safe to drive during a thunder storm?

If lightning hits the top of my car, will it hurt me?

I can not think of any time that any vehicle has been struck by lightening while someone was driving it down the road. You are no more or less safe in a rag top than you are in a hard top. But if lightening where to hit your car no matter what type of top it has, you would probably get hurt.
