What is her reason for not allowing you to have a dog? Dogs are expensive to keep. Maybe the family finances can not support a dog. Maybe you have not shown her that you are mature enough to take care of a dog. Your mum knows you better than we do. She must have a good reason for saying no to getting a dog.

Always listen to your Mum one day will know why you couldn't have a dog ask neighbours if you can take THIER dog for a walk start getting responsible never let the dog off the leash as its not yours and it may not come back for you I am glad you love animals always treat them as part of the family never hit them ever good luck
