How can I sign into my htc cell phone if I used the wrong password pattern too many times
My htc cell phone will not accept the email address and password that is now required due to the fact that my password pattern was entered too many times, I know that I am putting in the correct information, but my cell phone will not accept it and I cannot use my phone at all. I have phoned 611 from another phone and even went to the place where I bought my cell phone and contract, but no one can help me. My contract is with Virgin Mobile. Could you possibly help me as the phone is absolutely useless for me now.
