Just reboot it.. It will give you selections.. Just ignore it and it will boot normal. If it keeps going into safe mode, then you have a different problem, they don't keep booting safe unless there's a problem in the startup commands. You can solve this but its a difficult and time consuming process unless you already know the problem, if it won't boot normal, you are probably better off reinstalling your O/S. Sometimes you can get lucky and 'restore' to a previous date. Try that first.
