I've never quite grasped the concept of "illegals" having a right to anything, especially something that must be obtained through government services. It happens in Canada too. Come here by whatever means and we'll welcome you with open arms, even if "we" must make an exception to the law, just for "you"! Seems as though the joke is on us!

Also,how can they be entrusted with obtaining vehicle insurance, assuming they own vehicles, when they thumbed their noses at immigration procedures?
