    what is sortkey.dlp

    when i now turn computer on, a message comes onto the screen saying that ; cannot find the file or assembly shortkey.nlp,  Since this message appeared I can do echo test on Skype no problem, but the person I calling cannot hear anything from myself,

      Try updating Skype. If that does not help, uninstall and reinstall the Skype program.
