One of my favorite daydreams is to be cruising California Highway 1 on a sunny day, in a fast convertible (top down, of course), with Booker T and the MGs blaring "Time is Tight" from my Bose system.
Oh, yes, a long drive to a favorite destination, or amongst beautiful scenery is enjoyable. I used to drive 4 hours from El Paso to visit my son in Ft. Davis. The road had little traffic, and there were deer and antelope playing along the way. Loved the drive and what was waiting at the end of it.
