      Yes, it's possible. There are many dog training books on the market. Try your local library they may have a good you can borrow. Get a book that is specific to your breed of dog. It will be easier to find of you know the spelling of Labrador.

        Shirley Kalstone and Lee Charles Kelly are two authors I would suggest you look for at the library (as Colleen suggested) or on line.  Both have books about housebreaking a dog (not PUPPY) in 7 days, though a veterinarian things 2 weeks might be more realistic.
