If you kmow what language the message is, try this.
1. Highlight the entire message and press the "control" and "c" keys.
2. In your search bar, type (French, Italian, or ?) to English and search. Example: French to English
3. Select "Babylon.com" and use the free service.
4. In the box where you type what you want translated, place the cursor and press the "control " and "v" keys, after making sure your from/to languages are correct.
5. Click on "translate". You will get the English translation.
