    how do you cure an artificial joint replacement infection?

     my reverse shoulder replacement has an infection.  had to remove all metal  now treating with iv antibotics  what if that doesn't work?

      Are you getting I V antibiotics in the hospital ?  My friend, Ron's wife was getting I V s for a similiar problem at home. They taught him how to stop and start the new meds that went via the I V tube.  Don't worry, the anitbiotics will kill off the infection. Just pray about it. I'll pray for you too.
