Yes.
Copy the URL address for the image. Then in the "add new answer" box, click the tree image
then you will see this box
Where it says, "image url" you would paste the url address. Once pasted, you then click the button labeled "insert" as seen on the above image. Once you've finished, click "post an answer".

but it from me I got the pic - that make any diff?

You can try uploading straight from your own files by using the "upload image" tab as seen on the image above and choose the image from your files but that never has worked for me. It may work for you though.
If it does not work, then you have to put it on a photo hosting site like this one http://tinypic.com/ to have a URL generated.
