no confirmation email after my claim? will it still be shipped?
i recently lost my phone and filed a claim for it. it said i would receive a confirmation email and i have yet to receive it. it has been at least 4 or 5 hours since ive claimed it. will it still be shipped? if not, what would i need to do?
