take thermostat out be sure its not a neccessary evil,, as many new cars cooling systems wont work proper good if u remove stuff ie thermsts..have you,flushed cooling system, ensure radiatorhave cooling system pressure checked,,good quality radiator&coolingsystem flush,last thought, check if radiator cooling cores r not sludged up
