      In the USA, you only have to travel here and be an illegal immigrant to get free medical. I think it depends on which country you travel to but most people are covered by their own insurance. See here for tips > http://www.nhs.uk/nhsengland/Healthcareabroad/pages/Healthcareabroad.aspx
