You should be getting a message or error code letting you know why the printer will not print. Make sure the installation cd was run in the computer when you set up the printer. Make sure the cable from the printer to the computer is secure. Make sure the printer is selected as the primary printer for your computer to use. Go to your start button, control panel, printers and devices, find the printer and make sure it is active (ready to use) and check marked. Make sure both cartridges have ink and make sure there is paper in the paper tray.
