As they are seen, they will be moved or addressed by a moderator to the user. The rules are there for all to comply with. If you choose to break a rule, you do so at your own risk. You might get away with it or you might get caught. As stated in the rules, any questions you have about the rules can be addressed to the admin. The members are also free to report any rules that they see are broken. That's that part about members helping to moderate the forum that you see in the "about section". Any further questions that you have about the rules you can e-mail the admin or e-mail me @ akaqamoderator@gmail.com
